What type of cars do you buy?
We mostly buy vehicles of any make or model that are less than 10 years old. However if you have an older vehicle that you would like to sell please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to make a deal with you. Simply bring the vehicle to us or if that’s not possible we can visit you at home or your workplace whichever suits you best.
How much will I get for my car?
For a valuation on your vehicle you can give us a call and we can give you a price over the phone or enter your cars details into the form on our website and we will get back to you with a price as soon as we can. We do our very best to give the most accurate price we can according to the information that we receive but please be aware that we cannot give a final figure for the vehicle until we get to actually see and inspect it in person.
What if my car has some body or engine damage?
We buy cars with body damage, engine or mechanical issues and even cars with no NCT.
What are the benefits of selling to you as opposed to trading my car in with a main dealer?
Using your car as a part exchange against a newer vehicle is usually when the customer loses out the most. Dealers tend to offer lower values on trade ins as they then have the extra task of having to sell that car on too. This is why selling your car for cash and taking cash to the dealer puts you in a much better bargaining position when looking to upgrade your car.
What if I wanted to sell my car privately?
There are many issues involved with selling your car privately from the time you have to invest in different forms of advertising to sell your vehicle, answering calls, text messages and emails to meeting a bunch of different people for test drives and hoping that one will buy and organising a safe handover of payment. Dealing with us on the other hand is much more straightforward. We will offer the best price we can based on current market values, pay you directly safely and securely and even collecting the vehicle from your home or place of work at a time that suits you.
How will I receive payment for my car?
Our usual method of payment is a registered company check or a money transfer made straight into your account. Both of which are completely safe and secure.
What documents will you need with my car?
The vehicle licensing certificate and two forms of personal identification (this can be a passport or driver’s license and a recent utility bill with your current address on it). You will also be asked to provide information on the history of the vehicle. Unfortunately we will be unable to purchase your car without proper documentation.
Do you buy cars with outstanding finance costs?
Yes. We will settle any outstanding finance owed on your vehicle and pay you the balance left over however in some cases the outstanding finance amount is worth more than the car in which case you would need to pay the balance to us. Any outstanding finance must be settled prior to payment and a settlement letter from the finance company will be required.
Are there any costs involved when selling my car to you?
Not at all. Our whole process is carried out with no charge to you including your car valuation and collection and if you bring your car to us and sell it in our office we will even cover your travel expenses home.
What are your working hours?
We are open 7 days a week. From 8am to 9pm
If you have any further questions please feel free to call us or send us a message using the form on our contact page.
